Qi Pu Lu (七浦路) is a 10-15 minutes' walk from He Nan Zhong Lu (河南中路) metro station. You know you are there when you see small red banners hanging by the sides of the buildings. Lots of stalls for you to browse through but do start early as they close around 5 pm. Wholesale clothes, shoes and bags are cheap but ventilation at the buildings is not very good. It gets worse during weekends when it gets really crowded. Beware of pickpockets too.
