There are two large wholesale markets for spectacles here (see above). Spectacles sold here are much cheaper than in Singapore. You can just get a pair of spectacles for a mere $20 plus (basic frames and lenses inclusive) at the wholesale markets. But of course, the final price depends a lot on your bargaining skills. Do look out for wrong spellings of brands like Adidas etc if you are going for slightly branded frames. To get there, take the subway to Shanghai Railway Station (上海火车站).
